Why do I have headache with tinnitus?

Q: I am a 23 years old girl having tinnitus. I got a hearing test done and the result is O +ve, but now I am getting headaches and giddiness too. Please advise.

A:It is true that it is difficult to pinpoint the cause of your tinnitus. Associated giddiness is pointing to some abnormality in the balance organ in the ear. If the hearing is normal that means the nerve and the vital hearing organs are good.
