We consulted a urologist and he prescribed UBI 100 Q (1 daily for 25 days with a break for 5 days, for 3 months) and Siphene M (1 daily for 3 months). Please advise, as we are very desperate now.

A:Laparoscopy should be done to see the condition of tubes, whether patent or not. If patent, then intra-uterine insemination (IUI) should be done into 2-3 cycles. Since your husband's sperm count is low, you should go for test tube baby, intra-cytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI).
