A:Any hospital equipped with a plastic surgery department would be doing surgery for microtia which needs an auricualr reconstruction. This is usually done after the child is 8 - 9 yrs of age as the ears are their near adult size by then. So you still have time for the procedure. But you can get your child examined in the mean time for any other associated anomalies.
