Where are BRCA-1 and BRCA-2 tests done in India?
Q: I would like to know about the test for BRCA-1, and BRCA-2. My clients have a strong family history of breast and ovarian cancer. How much time will it take for the result? What is the cost of the test, and the procedure for the same?
A:The only lab that has started doing these tests – BRCA 1 and BRCA 2, in India is Reliance life sciences Labs. It takes about 2-3 weeks to get the results.
