Q: I am 59 years old. I was diagnosed with central serous retinopathy in the right eye. Fluorocein angiography was done. No laser treatment was given. I am not diabetic. The vision is still the same since then. Left eye does not have any problems. I use spectacles as per the requirement. Is there any treatment for the right eye?

A:There is no satisfactory treatment for central serous retinopathy. In order to help this condition you should learn to relax with positive frame of mind and free from worries if you can. Multivitamins, fresh fruits and vegetables in the form of antioxidants tend to help as well.
