Q: I am a 29 years old woman married for the past 4 years. I am currently working and have a hectic schedule. Both myself and my husband are of the opinion that we will have a child only after a couple of years, as still we are in nascent stage of our careers. I am having normal periods regularly and have not been under any medication, i.e. contraceptive pills. What is the risk if we plan our baby when I am 31-32, will I be able to conceive then?

However, it is important to know other factors which can stop you from conceiving easily such as your husbands semen parameters and patency of your genital tract. You can have your baseline hormones done on day 3 of your periods such as FSH, LH, E2 and AMH to know about your ovarian reserve.
