What is the relation between BP and brain haemorrhage?
Q: What is the approximate range of BP at which there are chances of brain haemorrhage?
A:There is no exact value by which we can predict occurrence of brain haemorrhage, but on an average, a systolic pressure (upper blood pressure) of above 160 – 180 mmHg and a diastolic (lower) blood pressure of over 100 mmHg have a high potential for brain haemorrhage, specially in individuals who are prone to it.
