What is the recommended dosage of Roferon and Lamidac in Hepatitis B infection?

A:Roferon-A is given by sub-cutaneous injection. In Chronic Active Hepatitis B, the dose is 2.5-5 million units per square metre of the body surface, 3 times per week for 4-6 months. Lamidac 100 mg is to be taken by mouth - one tablet daily. It is the drug of choice in Hepatitis B. Response to these agents varies from person to person.
