What is the cause for mild giddiness/dizziness?

Q: I am a 31 years male. I get a feeling of mild giddiness/dizziness in the morning after I get up from bed. I do not face the problem while sitting or lying in bed. This problem is particularly felt while standing/walking. My blood pressure, pulse and blood Sugar are all normal. I am also faced with the problem of blocked nose. Kindly let me know the possible cause(s) of the same and the therapy needed.

A:Most probably this is due to fall in blood pressure when you sit up in bed. You should get up slowly and see what happens. There are many causes for the blocked nose and only an ENT doctor can tell you the cause and if any treatmant is required for the same. The commonest cause will be a deviated septum.
