Q: What is coloboma of choroid?
A:Coloboma of choroid is a birth defect in the inner layers of the back of the eye. A portion of choroid is not developed and the corresponding retina will be atrophic. Patient may have varied amount of loss of vision, especially if the centre is involved. There is no treatment.
