Q: I have recently undergone a surgery (uterus removal). I'm not satisfied with my doctors prescription. Please let me know my diet and medicines for recovery. I have become very weak and have sleeping problem.

A:I am sorry about your health. After the operation for the removal of uterus progress and recovery would be gradual like any another surgery. What is not clear from your mail is the reason for the surgery which would certainly have a bearing on the post operative recovery. All things being equal you should be able to eat and drink normally and there is no need for a special diet. However if you have had surgery for a more serious condition, I am unable to give you advice via e-mail.
