What are the adverse effects of overdosing of DPT and OPV?
Q: What are the side effects when vaccines like DPT and OPV are given more than the recommended dose?
A:Usually the recommended dose has very little chances of being exceeded. If it is exceeded in mild amounts, the fever and pain may be greater for DPT (whole cell killed vaccine) but nothing substantial for OPV.
