Q: I have a snoring problem. I generally snore through my nose. On the net I found many online products to stop snoring like some mouthpiece, nose caps, collars & DSnore sprays. Can these products be used? If yes, which one will be most appropriate to me.

A:You need a full evaluation to see if there is any anatomical blockage in the nose and throat. If there is, this might need surgical correction. Also you need evaluation to see if you suffer from Obstructive sleep apnea. In case you do, weight loss, plus use of a certain machine known as CPAP would help.
