Should I go in for Wasca to correct my eye power?
Q: I am 47 years old and my eyesight is very weak. The right eye power is -8 and left is -9. To remove glasses, doctor has advised to operate via Wasca. Is it safe to go for operation?
A:Wasca (Wavefront guided lasik) is a treatment modality for correction of refractive error. Before you undergo surgery there will be an intensive work up in which you will be evaluated to decide whether you are fit to undergo the lasik surgery. We at Centre for Sight offer the latest and safest technology for treatment of refractive error called Intralase or I-lasik.
