Nose and throat congestion in children
Q: My 2 months old child while breathing gives sound as if there is congestion in his chest, and once phlegm came out of his mouth, what shall I do?
A:This is most likely due to a blocked nose or nose and throat congestion. Use saline nose drops (Nasoclear or Otrivin-S) regularly. One to two drops in each nostril three to four times a day. If the problem persists see your paediatrician or an ENT specialist.
