Night emissions
Q: I am a 28 year old unmarried man. I have a problem of 'wet dreams'. Also, whenever I sleep for more than 2 hours, my mouth fills up with saliva, which usually leaks out towards morning. Please give me solutions to these problems.
A:Thank you for your query. Having night emissions (wet dreams) is not a problem. In fact it is a normal phenomenon in all males.
Regarding the other "problem" that you have, production of saliva in the mouth is a continuous process. It slows down at night in most people like most other body functions. However, some people still produce more saliva than others. This is nothing to worry about. You could try sleeping on your back so that it doesn't trickle out of your mouth. There are no solutions for these, since they are not "problems", but just normal individual differences. So do not worry unnecessarily.
