Q: My baby is in her 8th month. She sits up with support for a minute or two. Can I make her sit up in a walker? If so, how long can I make her sit in it? I tried for a few minutes. She loves to sit in it but my doubt is whether it will affect the back bone if I make her sit in the walker before she sits up independently?

A:The walkers are accident prone and one should avoid its use. You don't have to teach baby to sit, stand or walk. So please don't use this.
