Q: Is it alright to take Placentrex injections every other day with chymoral forte from the 2nd day of periods and do an IUI on the 11th or 12th day? Is this injection help to partly open the blocked tubes?

A:Placentrex does have good anti-inflammatory properties. However, if you are trying to conceive, and you are suspected to have blocked tubes, it should be proven by HSG. If HSG shows some block that is near the outermost part of the tubes, you need to have laparoscopy and adhesiolysis. If block is in mid portion, you would require tuboplasty.
