How do I treat my abdominal pain and digestion problems?

Q: My digestive system is rejecting fish, chicken, mutton, spinach, cabbage, cauliflower, coconut and kashkashpaste. Whenever I take any of these food items at night, I start having loose motions the next morning with mucous and abdominal pain. I have been suffering from hyperacidity for the past several years. I got checked up by a gastroenterologist and underwent the required tests- endoscopy and colonoscopy but nothing came in the test reports. Please advise me what to do as I am turning weaker and cannot survive without heavy doses of antacids and diet restrictions. I am hypertensive too.

A:The best thing for you to do is to avoid eating the food stuff that upsets you. Surely there are plenty of alternatives. It is possible that you have some allergy to the food which gives you symptoms of abdominal pain and diarrhoea. It is also frequent that some people with irritable bowel syndrome do get symptoms similar to yours with certain food stuff so avoid them.
