How do I relax after working out in the gym?

Q: I am 31 years old, male, and have been training weights in gym for the past 5 years, and I have a good physique. Now my body shivers when I do parallel bar exercise and some times when I lift weights, but I have developed good stamina and endurance. Is there any way I can stop my body from shivering?

A:Before and after exercises try deep breathing (without effort; not forced), with rhythms of inhale-hold-exhale, each to a count of 7, and repeat 7 times. With each exhalation, FEEL the body RELAXING. Hope this should help solve the problem. All the best.
