Q: I am a 26 years old male with a mole like skin eruption near my chin. It started with a shaving cut. The skin is not returning to its normal state. It's more like a mole but with a dead skin over it. Is there any medicine for it? Do I require a surgery for this?

A:What you have on the face is probably a wart. It is not advisable to apply any wart-removing agent on the face. Please get it removed by cryo-/electro-cautery. It is not a major surgical procedure and will hardly take few minutes.
