How can I shed the extra flab I gained post delivery?
Q: I am 27 years old and a mother of a 1.5-year-old girl. I was quite slim before my delivery, but post delivery I had put on a lot of weight. With the help of dieting, I reduced my weight to a good extent. I am 5.4 feet tall and now I weigh 64 kg. But still I want to reduce the extra flesh near my waist, thigh, tummy and hands. Also, I have developed a double chin. As I am a working mother, I sometimes find it difficult to find time to exercise. Recently, I have started having back pain, which I believe is due to my faulty posture. The pain has reduced a lot after I corrected my posture. Please suggest me some exercises to shed the extra flab and also advise how frequently I need to exercise.

Over time, the skin will tighten over tauter muscles and become firmer. As for your posture, you will need to see an expert who can help you overcome the problem. In the meanwhile, sitting straight and tall, rather than hovering over regular work that you do, can help. Also, follow these guidelines:
