Q: I am 27 years old and a mother of a 1.5-year-old girl. I was quite slim before my delivery, but post delivery I had put on a lot of weight. Recently, I have started having back pain, which I believe is due to my faulty posture. The pain has reduced a lot after I corrected my posture. Please suggest me some exercises to shed the extra flab and also advise how frequently I need to exercise.
