Q: I am a 25 years old boy, weighing 76 kg and a vegetarian. I want to know if moong dal has all amino acids like soya beans. The reason behind asking the question is that I am doing weight training and I need to increase my protein intake and I am tired of eating soya beans.

A:Moong dal does not contain all the amino acids. To increase your protein intake you can include paneer, or curds. Also have 8-10 almonds daily. You can also have soya nuggets or other soya products. Have sprouts daily for maximum benefit.
