Do I need treatment for a liver haemangioma?

Q: I have a 1.8 x 2cm sized tumour on the right lobe of my liver. It has vessels with blood supply in it. I underwent a biphasic CT scan and a nuclear test. The diagnosis was a liver haemangioma. My other tests like hepatitis B & C are normal. My serum creatinine is 0.9. I am afraid that this tumour will get converted to a carcinoma. Is there any specific treatment for this?

A:Haemangioma of the liver needs no treatment. They do not convert into cancer. Avoid blow or injury to right side of chest.
