Q: I am 20 year old boy.I am doing exercise for last 6 months. My problem is the excess fat around my chest. I tried heavy weights for chest development but it did not work. Please suggest me some tips and exercise to reduce the fat around my chest and also some exercises for cuts of the biceps.

A:To cut the excess fat off from any area in the body, you have to incorporate aerobic exercises into your routine.This could be in the form of brisk walking, jogging, cycling, swimming - any activity which raises your heart rate for a minimum period of 20 minutes a day. For the cuts in your biceps, you can do these exercises with dumbells:

  • Reverse curls.
