Can one take omega 3 with low BP?
Q: I am a 41-year-old male. Can I take omega 3 if I have low blood pressure?
A:Omega 3 fatty acids are indicated to reduce triglycerides (with or without raised low density lipoproteins) as a second line therapy. These can be taken by patients of low BP, provided they are indicated.
