Can hernia recur despite mesh repair?
Q: I am a 48 years old male. I underwent a laparoscopic surgery to remove the paraumbilical hernia by the mesh repair procedure. It's been three months since I underwent this. Now again I can see a small swelling like hernia just above the location. Please let me know if there is a possibility of relapse of hernia despite mesh repair.
A:Sure. We can replace the mesh laparoscopically.
