Can any food supplement prevent a rhinitis attack?
Q: I have allergic rhinitis and I am taking Zinex and Xyzal, depending on the mildness of the attack. Are there any food supplements (fruits or vegetables) that can prevent this attack?
A:There is unfortunately no evidence that taking any particular food supplements will prevent the onset of allergic rhinitis (nasal allergy).
