Q: I am a 46 years old man having diabetes. Can I take beetroot, if yes, what will be the minimum or maximum quantity?

A:No natural food is banned for diabetics. You can also take it in normal quantity, but in small parts. Check your blood sugar before and after taking beetroot depending on the rise in blood sugar, you may adjust the quantity.
