A:Noodles are made out of refined flour. You can eat noodles in place of other cereals such as chapati, rice, etc. I am not sure as to what exactly you mean by noodles. There are maggi noodles, which are just carbohydrates and you can make them more healthier by adding enough vegetables like onion, carrot, cabbage, beans, peas, etc. On the other hand there are noodles that are served in the restaurants that already include vegetables. In simple words, it is fine to eat noodles that are cooked with minimum amount of oil and have enough vegetables so that they make a good balanced food.
