Q: My lover got married to another person. She says that she is not satisfied by her husband. But she reaches climax or orgasm by masturbating. She has complained about this to her husband. Extramarital sex also involves serious risk of HIV/AIDS (and other STDs) transmission, as one can never know the history of sexual exposures of every other partner.
