Why is my left testicle smaller than the right one?

Q: I am 25 years old weighing 57 kgs and my height is 5.7. At the age of 18 years, I had undergone a heart surgery for a hole in the heart. Now I am absolutely alright. My problem is that for the past 5-6 years I am observing that my left testicle is smaller than the right one. I am planning to marry in the coming year. Will it create any problem in the future in my sexual life? What should I do for that?

A:Every male has one testicle larger than the other one but other causes of enlargement of testes like Hydrocoele, Hernia, Inflammation has to be ruled out. So in my opinion, kindly consult a general surgeon who will evaluate you and rule out any problem. I don't think it will be of any problem in your married life.
