A:Your daughter is probably a patient of Spastic Cerebral Palsy. The tightness in the lower limbs would require a surgical intervention between 5 to 8 years as other modalities do not work. It is important to remember that rehabilitation (PT, OT and gait training) and orthotic (splint) support would be needed regularly to maintain the good results of surgery.
