A:It has to be evaluated carefully. The problem can be psoriasis or seborrheic dermatitis. Coal tar containing shampoo works with psoriasis. Anti-fungal shampoos containing clotrimazole, ketoconozole works for seborrheic dermatitis. Consult a dermatologist.
