Why do I feel tingling sensation on my tongue?

Q: I am a 65 years old man and I feel a tingling sensation on the front portion of my tongue and lips after having dinner, since the last month. The sensation lasts for about 20-30 minutes at the most. Please advise.

A:This could be because of some changes in the covering of your tongue and inside of the lips due to B-Complex deficiency. Please add lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits to your diet. Also increase intake of Vitamin C. If it improves, just do nothing. If it doesn't, please see a physician.
