Q: My urine is not clear and I see some particles that come out along with it. I got it checked in a lab and the report showed presence of pus cells, albumin, phosphate, cast and protein. I have been facing this problems for the past 15 years. Before marriage it happened once in 15 days and was mild but after eight years of marriage it has increased to once a week and more severe. The doctor says these are prostate secretions. I am very confused and psychologically upset because of not getting proper treatment. Please advise.

A:If you take enough water to produce about 1.5 litre urine a day, your problem will be less. Secondly, take one tablet of Vitamin C i.e. Celin 500 mg once a day. If it doesn't work, tell me again or show a urologist. Don't give long gaps in between intercourse.
