Which type of milk has high protein content?

Q: Many varieties of milk are available in the market these days. Full fat, low fat, medium fat and the list goes on. Which kind of milk contains higher amount of proteins? Is the protein content of milk the same whether it is full fat or low fat? I am a vegetarian and I work out in the gym but my coach always encourages me to take extra protein. I prefer milk for it. But taking full fat milk makes me feel heavy the whole day.

A:The protein content of milk does not change with fat content. Low fat or no fat milk has same amount of proteins as in case of whole milk. So, you can drink low fat milk if you feel whole milk makes you feel heavy.
