Q: I am 33 years old female, 159 cm tall and weigh 62kg. My daily meal plan includes oats porridge, a medium glass low fat skim milk and a cup of Oolong tea (without milk and sugar). At around 11:00 am I take another cup of Oolong tea without sugar and milk. I have my luch at 1:00 pm and take either 3 chappatis with dal and one subzi (usually with gravy) or rice vermicelli with boiled vegetables. I take an apple as evening snack at around 4:30 pm. At 5:15 pm I have another cup pof tea without milk and sugar. I have one medium bowl of rice with rasam / sambhar and vegetables as dinner at 7:30 pm. Is my diet okay? I have been on this plan for nearly 6 months, but unable to lose any weight. Please modify my diet plan.
