A:Perhaps you should try a general exercise programme which would include free movements right from your toes to your neck. Particularly before getting out of bed go through a warming up and stretching schedule. Check your foot-wear, it should be comfortable and soft. Make it a habit to soak your feet in warm water for 10 minutes followed by a few minutes of oil massage, every evening. If this doesn't help, attend a good physio set-up that can plan a supervised exercise programme for you.
