What should I do to increase my total leukocyte count (TLC)?
Q: I am a 14 years old boy having total leukocyte count (TLC) as 3500. What should I do to increase my TLC?
A:First of all you require complete work up to find out the cause of low TLC. What is more important then simple TLC is absolute neutrophil counts. Mild low TLC could be due to recent viral infection or autoimmune disorder. There is no drug available in market, which can increase TLC in normal asymptomatic patient.
