Q: I would like to know how to do shaving for the face? Some of my friends say that I need to do forward in neck area & backward in face area. May I know the right procedure for shaving? Also how can we avoid rashes while shaving?

A:There are no set guidelines as such unless someone develops a problem called pseudofolliculitis. In that case, one should shave in downward and outward direction. After shave lotion containing alcohol usually is enough.
