A:I am not absolutely sure about these norms but in my experience this handicap would account for only 10% handicap. This is my guess as the government doctors norms are not available to us. I think in Pune the place would be either the KEM hospital or the artificial limb manufacturing centre. Regarding concessions with the government I think only those above 40% disability can avail of travel concessions. With regards to job placements again I have no knowledge.
