Q: I am 51 yrs female with about 75 kg weight. I often get itching with rashes all over my body, more on my thighs and legs. The problem is about five years old now and I have unsuccesfully tried to find out the food which may cause this allergy. For the last three years I am taking one anti-allergy tab daily. If I forget to take one, the itching starts next day. Kindly suggest a way so that I am relieved of this pain. My blood sugar and BP are normal.
