What are the options for treating enlarged lymph nodes after masectomy?
Q: I had breast cancer 4 years ago and went through mastectomy, radiation and chemotherapy. Eight weeks ago, a scan showed that I have enlarged lymph nodes. I have been on Tamoxifen for 43 months and now on Arimidex since 4 weeks. I am AR Pr positive, diabetic since 20 years and also hypothyroid. What are the other options if I fail to respond to this? Has there been any new development in this field?
