Q: I am a 24 year old engineer working in the IT field. My worry is that I am very lean. I do not find any reason for this condition. Is there any way to make me look better?

A:First of all you should stop worrying about your problem as stress and worry both inhibit weight gain. Being underweight is far better than being overweight as long as you are healthy so you must try to build up you stamina. You have to improve your food habits and also that you exercise regularly. You must include protein rich foods such as milk, curds, butter, cheese, daals, soya beans etc. in your diet. Also follow a regular meal pattern and never skip meals. Try to avoid stress of any kind, that is mental and physical. Exercises definetely helps to feel healthy. Avoid smoking and alcohol.
