Slip disc - muscle laxity

Q: I had a slip disc about a year back. My left thigh muscle has become loose. I am still unable to climb steps by loading the left leg. The treating doctor suggested that it take some time to come back to normal. I am not taking any medicine. Kindly advice how to how to get back the loose muscle into its original condition.

A:The problem of weak muscle after disc prolapse recover on its own but it takes a very long time and some times may not recover fully. If it does not recover and also to make it recover fast, unfortunately nothing can be done.
