Should I exercise with lesser weights after 40 years of age?
Q: I am 37 years old. I am into fitness training and a regular workout regime for a long time now. I am strong and well built. I do stretching exercises, workout with weights and also do Yoga. I workout with medium to heavy weights according to my strength and physique. Should I exercise with lesser amount of weights after 40 years of age?
A:If you have no problems with the kind of exercises and the weights you are using, there is no rule that says you need to reverse it as you grow older.
