Q: I am 29 years old and I am having the problem of dark circles around my eyes for past 14 years. It could be due to stress earlier. But for past two years I am watching my diet and having proper sleep of 8 hours and drinking plenty of water. Still there is no difference, they look dull and dark as usual. Also two very small cysts have formed under both the eyes. Please suggest the remedy. Also please tell me the remedy to get rid of sun tan which I have got on my face, arms and feet. Even good facial and pedicure are not of great help to me. Please advise.

A:For dark circles, a cream with a combination of HYDROQUINONE + TRETINOIN, and for suntan, HYDROQUINONE cream is advisable. The cysts may be milia which can be extracted.
