A:You need to be examined by a urologist to rule out Varicocele. You have not written your age, which is important to decide the treatment. Tab. Ferton should be clomiphene citrate which is ok. It should be taken for 25 days and then give a gap of 5 days and again to be taken for 25 days. Take for three such cycles with a gap of 5 days. Evion has doubtful role. More important than counts is the motility. I need to know that too. Upto 10 pus cells can be considered normal but there is no harm in taking Doxycycline.
