A:I thoroughly understand your problem. But let me tell you that in the absence of a positive family history, you will be well soon. Topical Minoxidil in the strength of 5 percent only will help. What you are using is only 2 percent and will not help at all. Switch over to the higher strength, use it twice daily continuously at least for 6 months before seeing any results. Ask your consultant if you can use oral 1 mg Finasteride. Also add on supplements such as oral Biotin. I am certain that you will get what you want. All the best.
